> CLINICAL RESULTS
After 28 days of application, twice daily, the results showed a significant reduction -19% * in trans-epidermal water loss (TEWL) compared to T0. Thus, demonstrating that Hydrabio Gel Creme has an effect on the restructuring of the skin barrier. ⁽²⁾

Hydrabio Gel crème has an excellent moisturizing power as it increases skin hydration rate by +38.6%* at 2 hours after only one application, and +34.1%* at 8 hours. ⁽³⁾

The AquageniumTM patented complex helps the skin to reconstitute its own resources and restore its original hydrating abilities. This complex contains active ingredients that: ⁽¹⁾

• improve the hydric flows by stimulating Aquaporin-3 synthesis thanks to Pyrus Malus fruit extract. An in vitro study was conducted on keratinocytes. After addition of Pyrus Malus fruit extract, an RT-PCR analysis showed an increase in ARMm synthesis coding for Aquaporin-3. (+55% synthesis vs control)
• restore the lipids that bond the corneocytes and thus improve the horny layer’s impermeability.

Hydrabio Gel Crème contains salicylic acid. A study showed that salicylic acid makes the skin brighter and reflects lighter (+0.88% vs. 0.03%) *. Moreover, the skin texture was finer and more even (respectively -3.18% vs -0.66% and -0.42% vs -0.04%) after exposition to salicylic acid compared to the control. The presence of salicylic acid has a positive effect on the skin. ⁽⁴⁾

TOLERANCE
Hydrabio Gel crème is very well tolerated on the ocular level and on the cutaneous level, no reaction of skin or eyes were observed. ^(5,6)

> PATIENTS FEEDBACKS
After 7 days of using Hydrabio Gel Creme, twice daily:

• 86.8% of volunteers reported the skin was comfortable. ⁽⁵⁾
• More than 70% of them reported that they had the feeling that skin was hydrated, and fine lines induced by dehydration were smoothed ⁽⁴⁾
